Time Line

The purpose of emotions like, anger, sadness, fear and guilt is to let us know that certain events in our past were important. Our unconscious mind wants us to remember these events and the learnings we got from them and the way it keeps us focused on these events is through emotion.

Well, the truth is that once you’ve learned what need to know from an event, you don’t need to hold onto the negative emotions surrounding it. In fact, holding onto painful events and emotions can lock you into unhealthy patterns in the present and limit your potential in the future. Time Line Therapy is a way to rapidly get the learning from events in the past that may be negatively effecting your present and future and then release the negative emotions associated with them.

Time Line Therapy is also a powerful tool for overcoming anxiety, a future-based emotion unlike anger, sadness, fear and guilt that are past-based emotions.
